DisputeKit Start a packet

Build a chargeback response from the order facts you already have.

Matched to the card network's reason code, before the deadline.

DisputeKit never submits.

How it works

  1. Pick the dispute's network and reason code.
  2. Add the order facts and files you already have.
  3. DisputeKit checks the reason-code checklist and blocks "ready" until required proof is present.
  4. You review the letter and the Stripe field text, then submit it yourself in Stripe or Shopify. DisputeKit never submits.

What it will not do

  • Invent evidence.
  • Write facts you did not give.
  • Promise an outcome.
  • Ask for your Stripe password or secret key.

Supported reason codes

44 reason codes

Each code is matched from the card network on the dispute. A code marked unverified is in this library but is not confirmed.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?
No.
Can you guarantee I win?
No. The card issuer decides.
Do you take a % of recovered funds?
No, flat fee as listed.
What happens to my files?
What you type on the intake page is sent to our server to check and build the packet. It is not saved by the app. File contents never leave your browser. Use synthetic or redacted data on the free preview.
What happens to my data on a paid order?
Paid orders may use real data. You email your dispute files to matt@lumegrid.ai. We use them only to build and check your packet, send the packet back to you, and do not share them. Stripe handles the payment; we never ask for your Stripe password or secret key.
